Boca Jet Charter arranges private charter flights into and out of Boca Raton and southern Palm Beach County. We are a charter broker: we do not own the aircraft, we go to the market for each trip and put you with an operator we have vetted first.
Most of what we do is straightforward. You tell us where you need to be and when. We find the aircraft, confirm who is operating it, and stay with the trip until you are on the ground at the other end.
Choosing an airport in this market
Boca Raton Airport (KBCT) is the home field, and for most trips it is the right answer. It has one runway, 6,276 feet, and a control tower that runs from seven in the morning until eleven at night. The airport itself stays open around the clock; when the tower closes, aircraft self-announce.
Two things about Boca are worth knowing before you book, and most charter sites do not mention either.
The airport runs a voluntary curfew between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. It is voluntary, the Airport Authority states plainly that it cannot enforce a mandatory access restriction, and late operations are followed up and reported at the monthly board meeting. A late arrival is legal and is not blocked. Whether it is the right call is a different conversation. We will always guide you in the right direction.
Customs at Boca runs Thursday to Monday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Clearing outside those hours can often be arranged, but the request has to be made while the facility is open. That means a Tuesday or Wednesday night arrival from abroad needs setting up days in advance, or routing somewhere with longer hours. It is often the detail that can go wrong in both directions if it is not carefully considered.
When Boca is not the answer, the alternatives sit 15 to 30 miles away in three directions: Fort Lauderdale Executive (KFXE), Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International (KFLL) with 24-hour customs, Miami-Opa Locka Executive (KOPF), and President Donald J. Trump International (KDJT / DJT) at West Palm Beach, formerly Palm Beach International. Pompano Beach Airpark and Lantana cover the shorter-field end.

Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them. Wyvern is an independent third-party aviation safety organization. It audits how brokers work and keeps a database of operator safety records, which means our own practices are audited too.
Nothing reaches your inbox until we have confirmed the operator’s certification, looked at their safety and incident history, and checked that the pilots are experienced and current on the aircraft type you will be flying on.
We work with FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft. Part 135 is the FAA’s set of rules for on-demand, for-hire charter, and it carries stricter operating, crew, and insurance requirements than FAR Part 91, the rules for private, non-commercial flying that cannot be sold as charter. When your total passenger count outgrows a heavy jet and the group consists of more than nineteen passengers, the aircraft required would fall into regional airliner, or airliner-size. These trips would no longer fall under the FAR Part 135 standards but possibly operate under FAR Part 121 or foreign equivalent standards. Part 121 and equivalent generally carry stricter crew and operating requirements than FAR Part 91 and FAR Part 135.
