Celebrity & VIP Transportation

Boca Jet Charter arranges private flights for entertainers, athletes, public figures and the people who travel with them, into and out of Boca Raton and the rest of South Florida. What makes these trips work is not the aircraft type, it is the discretion applied to it so that nobody outside the trip knows about it.

How the privacy actually works

Passenger names and itinerary details are confidential and shared only where a party needs them to run the flight, which in practice means the operator and the private terminal handling the arrival. Nothing goes further than that, and no part of your itinerary is used as a reference or an example.

Private terminals are separate from the commercial terminal, with their own entrance and their own ramp access, so boarding does not happen in public. Where a trip needs more than that, arrangements can be made with the terminal in advance.

Touring and press schedules

Tour routing and press schedules tend to be built backward from fixed dates, which leaves very little slack. Tell us the fixed points and we will work the aircraft around them. Where the party grows beyond what one cabin takes, or where crew and equipment move separately from the principals, we will price it both ways so you can see the difference before you decide.

Security teams, ground transportation and armored vehicles can be arranged alongside the flight through our security and armored transport service.

Who is operating the flight

Every flight we arrange is operated by a certified air carrier. We confirm the operator’s certification, review their safety and incident history, and confirm that the pilots are experienced and current on the aircraft type before we present it to you. How that review works is set out on our safety page.

Vetting Behind Every Trip

Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:

  • FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
  • Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates.
  • Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
  • Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.

Boca Raton-Specific Patterns We Plan Around

Hurricane season runs June through November and peaks in September, and summer afternoons bring thunderstorms that build quickly and close airspace while they pass. Your advisor watches the forecast ahead of your date and will call you before you call us. Boca Raton Airport also asks operators to observe a voluntary curfew between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, which does not block a departure but is worth raising early if your trip lands in that window.
